Shipping Policy

1. International Shipping Availability

Shipping is currently available to the following countries and regions:

Unsupported Delivery Regions:

Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS), Alaska (AK), and Hawaii (HI).

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

If your country or region is not listed, please contact us at hello@aeststudios.com to check if special delivery arrangements can be made.

Shipping to Remote Areas

For the following regions, a flat shipping fee of USD$12 will be applied at checkout:

  • Australia: Northern Territory, Tasmania
  • Canada: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon

We appreciate your understanding as these locations require special logistical arrangements. Shipping times may also vary slightly depending on your location.

Additional Shipping Information (Required for Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Taiwan)

Additional address information may be required for select destinations:

Brazil: CPF/CNPJ code

Chile: RUT (tax ID)

Mexico: RFC / CURP (Tax ID)

Saudi Arabia: Saudi Short Address (e.g. RAGI2929)

South Korea: Korean name (Hangul) + Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC)

Taiwan: Personal ID Number

2. Estimated Delivery Times & Tracking

  • United States: 5–10 business days (Standard), 2–4 business days (Express).
  • Australia: 4-10 business days.
  • Other Countries/Regions: 6–15 business days.

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent: Track Your Order.

All orders are automatically fulfilled and shipped from the nearest available warehouse.   

Please note that delays may occur during holidays and weekends.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with multiple international carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.  Our primary shipping carriers include: YunExpress, USPS, UPS, DHL, Australia Post, Canada Post.  

For international shipments, multiple carriers may be used. The specific shipping carrier and fulfillment location cannot be guaranteed prior to dispatch.

4. Shipping Fees

United States/Canada/Asia/Australia (excluding unsupported regions listed above):

  • Free shipping for orders over $65.
  • A $12 shipping fee for orders under $65.

Europe: A $17 shipping fee.

New Zealand: A $21 shipping fee.

Other countries and regions (excluding unsupported regions): A $20 shipping fee.

5. Shipping Address & Signature

  • Shipping Address

 To ensure successful delivery, the shipping address provided at checkout must be valid.  Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, islands, or remote locations.

  • Signature

To ensure successful delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt. If you are unable to sign in person, you may designate a trusted address for delivery.

Note: If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a refund or re-delivery.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange either a refund or re-delivery.

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For certain international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply.  

Please note that the shipping fees listed on our website do not include these charges, and we have no control over them. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to better understand any applicable import fees.

Important: If a package is refused by the customer due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling charges.

8. Order Issues: Delays, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If any items in your package are missing or damaged, we kindly encourage you to file a claim with the carrier and contact our customer service team at hello@aeststudios.com for further assistance.

Important: All delivery-related claims must be submitted within 15 business days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for reimbursement for lost orders.
