Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified once placed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours at hello@aeststudios.com. We will do our best to assist, but this is not guaranteed.
Certain items, including gift cards and customized products, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refused or returned deliveries, typically ranging from $20–$50 depending on location.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
