United States / Canada / Asia / Australia: Free shipping on orders over $65; $12 shipping fee for orders under $65.
Europe: $17 shipping fee.
New Zealand: $21 shipping fee.
Other countries and regions (excluding unsupported regions): $20 shipping fee.
