Aest Studios accepts the following payment methods: Shopify payment (including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, Diners, etc.) and other major credit cards and payment platforms.

Shipping Rates

• United States / Canada / Asia / Australia: Free shipping on orders over $65; $12 shipping fee for orders under $65.
• Europe: $17 shipping fee.
• New Zealand: $21 shipping fee.
• Other countries and regions (excluding unsupported regions): $20 shipping fee.

Please note that free shipping may not apply to certain remote areas due to additional delivery costs.

Delivery Time

• United States: 6–10 business days
• International orders: 6–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Important Notes

• Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes / APO / FPO addresses.
• For orders shipping to Saudi Arabia, please ensure a valid Saudi Short Address (e.g. RAGI2929) is provided to avoid delivery issues.
• Orders containing pre-order, out-of-stock, or multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Returns

• We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and usually range between $20–$30, depending on location.
