Payment

Aest Studios accepts the following payment methods: Shopify payment (including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, Diners, etc.) and other major credit cards and payment platforms.

Shipping Rates

• United States / Canada / Australia / Asia: Free shipping on orders over $65; $12 shipping fee for orders under $65.
• Europe / United Kingdom / New Zealand / Other countries and regions: Flat $25 shipping fee.

Please note that free shipping may not apply to certain remote areas due to additional delivery costs.
All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes covered by Aest Studios. Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Delivery Time

• United States: 5–10 business days (Standard), 2–4 business days (Express).
• Australia: 4-10 business days.
• Other Countries/Regions: 6–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Important Notes

• Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes / APO / FPO addresses.
• For orders shipping to Saudi Arabia, please ensure a valid Saudi Short Address (e.g. RAGI2929) is provided to avoid delivery issues.
• Orders containing pre-order, out-of-stock, or multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Returns

• We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and usually range between $20–$30, depending on location.
